Ingredients
- 200g strawberries or raspberries
- 250g quark (20% fat)
- 100g cream
- 50g Dr Coy’s Sweet Mix Daily
Instructions
- Begin by washing and cleaning the berries and set aside a portion for garnishing.
- Chop, mash or puree the remaining berries as desired.
- In a bowl, combine the quark, cream and Dr Coy’s Sweet Mix Daily, stirring until the sugar completely dissolves. Incorporate the chopped fruit into this mixture.
- Spoon the prepared mixture into bowls and garnish with the reserved berries.
For a high-fibre variation, add two tablespoons of resistant dextrin to the quark, which will promote a lasting feeling of satiety.
