Instructions

  1. Begin by washing and cleaning the berries and set aside a portion for garnishing.
  2. Chop, mash or puree the remaining berries as desired.
  3. In a bowl, combine the quark, cream and Dr Coy’s Sweet Mix Daily, stirring until the sugar completely dissolves. Incorporate the chopped fruit into this mixture.
  4. Spoon the prepared mixture into bowls and garnish with the reserved berries.

For a high-fibre variation, add two tablespoons of resistant dextrin to the quark, which will promote a lasting feeling of satiety.
