Ingredients
- 300g ripe mango flesh
- 375g natural yoghurt (3.5% fat)
- 65g Dr Coy’s Sweet Mix Daily
- 120g cream
Instructions
- Dice the mango flesh and place in a large blender jug with the yoghurt and Dr Coy’s Sweet Mix Daily.
- Blend together
- Add the cream and blend briefly. Best served over ice.
